Microsoft has released a new test build for Skype Insiders on all platforms. The latest Skype build 8.92 has a version number of 8.92.76.203, and it also adds a bunch of notable new features for both mobile and desktop users.
Skype 8.92 has moved the Notifications tab from the bottom of the screen to the top right corner of the screen on Android and iOS. It also added new color themes to modernize the Skype experience across all platforms. Visual refreshes with new illustrations for verified status badge emails and phone numbers, blank tabs are also new in the latest Skype Insider builds, and they’re also available across platforms.
In addition to the changes mentioned above, Skype 8.92 also includes new call screen design, share QR code improvements for iOS and Android phones and tablets. The latest Skype Insider update also comes with stability improvements and notable bug fixes. You can read more about these changes in the full official changelog below.
It is important to note that these changes are available to those who have registered themselves as Skype Insiders. If you are not an Insider, you will not get Skype skype 8.92.76.203. But it’s likely that these changes will eventually be available to the general public after they’ve been tested with Insiders.
Meanwhile, Skype build Skype 8.92.76.203 is becoming available on all platforms. However, Microsoft says that the update will be gradually rolled out to users over the next few days; So, there is no need to worry if you haven’t found it yet.
