5 December (Reuters) – Shareholders of Russia’s second largest oil producer Lukoil (LKOH.MM) The company on Monday approved the dividend on full-year results for 2021 as well as an interim dividend for 2022 after postponing last year’s payment in May.

The shareholders’ meeting approved a 2021 dividend of 537 rubles ($8.62) per share and 256 rubles per share for nine months of this year’s results, in line with the board’s initial recommendations, according to a regulatory disclosure.

In May, the company deferred payment on a final dividend to 2021.
