Miley Cyrus’ brother Trace Cyrus reveals how physically and mentally healthy he is after a rough year. The 33-year-old musician shared shirtless photos of himself together on his Twitter on Wednesday, August 17; One before the transformation trip and one after, where he clearly looks more fit (see below).
“The picture on the left is what I saw at the end of last year,” Tress captioned the stunning photos. “I was mentally destroyed and it really affected my physical health. The picture on the right is me now. Your mindset is everything. It can be your greatest asset or your worst enemy. F-k inspiration. be devoted!”
Trace is documenting her path to a better self on Instagram. In July, she accompanied another shirtless selfie, writing, “Going to hang out with Noah this week and get back to my workout routine! Fasted yesterday and today and lost 7 pounds – the last few months my body needed to give it a break from eating so much. Feeling great!” A week ago, she warned fans to be careful on the weekend, writing, “Don’t let this distract you from your goals. Choose wisely the people you spend your time with. Others It’s better to be alone than to surround yourself with the energy of someone whose ambition and drive are not like yours.”
To really take home the point of her dedication, Trace even took to her IG in June to share a selfie of herself flexing her muscles with the caption, “I’ve been going crazy at the gym lately. Am. 2 workouts a day 6 days a week whatever it may be. I feel amazing! I really don’t understand how many people don’t prioritize their health.”
The artist has had his fair share of personal turmoil, as he recently dealt with a difficult breakup. In late 2018, he proposed to his rock star girlfriend Taylor Sanders. As of 2020, the couple had even called off the marriage and relationship privately. In an IG post at the time, Tress said he was “extremely grateful” for his family’s support. He also gave his pop star sister a nod saying, “Thank you @mileycyrus for always being there for me.
