Big Jake is a 1971 American Technicolor Western film starring John Wayne, Richard Boone and Maureen O’Hara. George Sherman’s more than 30-year career as a director ended with this picture. One of the biggest successes of that year, it grossed $7.5 million in the US. Patrick Wayne, Christopher Mitchum, Glenn Corbett, Jim Davis, John Agar, Harry Carey Jr. and Hank Worden are among the supporting actors.
