the former sex and the City The actor shared that he got engaged josie hart, his longtime friend for over four decades. Underwood, who recently attended the 2022 International Emmys on Nov. 21, revealed that the event was special in more ways than one.
“My personal highlight was walking the red carpet with my new fiancee Josie Hart,” Underwood wrote on Instagram on 22 November, accompanied by a photo of the couple dressed to the nines at the event. “The most amazing, brilliant, beautiful, hilarious, thought provoking and insightful person I know who constantly lives life loud.”
Underwood, 58, said she and Hart didn’t get along before growing up in the entertainment industry.
“The future is crazy-bright girl! None of us ever knows where God will guide our path,” Underwood continued. “They have supported me even before I became an actor. When 41 years of friendship slaps you on the back of the head and blossoms into romance, you stand up, take note and move in gratitude. Go slow. It begins!”
